Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace or refund the item.
